This is a fully-restored 1969 Volkswagen Bus.
During the Arizona monsoon season this bus is transformed into a Weather Bus. Inside are two weather recording computers gathering data from the Davis Vantage Pro Weather Station mounted on the roof.
When the storms calm down this bus converts back into a classic 1969 Volkswagen Bus.
Weather information that is recorded via this mobile weather station is not available on Weather Bus.com. The weather information that is seen on this site, is obtained from a permanently mounted weather station at our location.
