Optional Comments - My brother lives at 7th ave & Union Hills and his rain gauge picked up .90 in that storm on 7/23 that hit Carefree really hard. Lightning blew out his computer and T.V. and also his garage door opener. I live at 18th St. & Indian School and still no rain.

Optional Comments - We received .001\" of rain between 3:10am and 3:20am. The bulk of the rain came between 8:20pm and 11:20pm. The rain came fast and hard with a starting rate of 1.22:/hr and quickly building to 2.62\"/hr. The highest rates of 4.03\"/hr came between 9:00pm & 9:15pm and we recorded a total of .78\" in that 20 minute period. The rain continued, slowly tapering offafter 9:15:pm and stoppedbwtween 11:30 & 11;40pm.
