How to read this page
The lightning display does not show?
The map says "Data Unavailable"?
The data is not updating?
What does everything on the display mean?
Place you mouse over the exclamation mark to view a description of the location.
The lightning display does not show?

The first thing to check is to make sure you have Java enabled in your web browser. Depending on computer, browser, etc.
there are multiple way to ensure Java is enabled. Consult your user manual for information on how to do this.
The second thing to do if you cannot get the map to show is download the latest version of Java. You can do so by clicking on the link below:

If you still cannot get the map to load please contact us.
The map says "Data Unavailable"?

If this message occurs, wait a minute or two and it should go away, and begin showing data. If the message does not go away
press refresh. If the message still does not go way, close your web browser completely and then reopen the page. If the
message still does not go away, please contact us.
The data is not updating?

If the data continues to not be update for at least ten minute please contact as soon as possible to notify us of the
problem. More then likely a problem has occurred at our location that needs to be corrected.
